A room ready for a keynote. A branded entrance guests stop to photograph. An outdoor space transformed after dark. We design lighting around what needs to happen in your space, then bring the fixtures, control, and crew to make it work.
Based in Austin, we support planners, DMCs, agencies, and production teams across Texas and through our national production partnerships.
Find your light.
From the fixture to the finished space. Explore the lighting families we use to shape stages, brand experiences, and entire rooms.
The right fixtures. A plan the whole crew can use.
You don’t need to arrive with a fixture list. Tell us what the event needs to feel like, what your audience needs to see, and what has to happen in the room. We turn that into a lighting design that fits the space, the schedule, and the budget.
See the design. Understand the build.
We develop the look in 3D, then document the positions, equipment, and connections the crew needs to build it. Drag across this design to move between the visual concept and a drawing view.

For projects with a developed production scope, the CAD model supports layout and sightline reviews, lighting plots, fixture schedules, and power and control documentation. That shared plan carries through prep, load-in, focus, and programming.
Select for the space.
We match beam angle, output, color, and control to the job: lighting a presenter, washing a room, highlighting a product, or building an effect into the scenery. Throw distance, camera needs, mounting options, power, and outdoor conditions all shape the fixture package.
Develop the plan.
We use 3D views to review placement, sightlines, and the relationship between lighting, video, and scenic elements. As the design develops, we prepare the lighting plots, fixture schedules, and power and control information needed for the agreed scope.
Put it into the room.
The approved design guides equipment prep, load-in, fixture placement, and programming. On site, the crew installs and focuses the rig, checks the looks with the rest of the production, and carries the plan through rehearsals, show operation, and strike.
Lighting can be the thing people walk through, gather around, or remember in a photograph. We work with your creative team to connect the lighting to the architecture, scenic elements, brand colors, and sequence of the event.
From a light tunnel to a full venue transformation, we handle fixture selection, layout, programming, installation, and show operation. The design should work for the guests in the room and for the content captured there.
Keep the speaker clearly visible, give the stage depth, and carry the event’s colors through the room. We balance presentation lighting with scenic looks so the space feels considered throughout the program.
Our team coordinates with audio, video, and show callers for walk-ons, awards, presentations, and the transition into the evening.

HOW TO HIRE A LIGHTING DESIGNER FOR YOUR EVENT
Start with what the lighting needs to do: keep speakers clear on camera, draw attention to a product, shape the atmosphere of a room, or carry the energy of a live performance. Share your venue, schedule, audience size, and any creative references. We can help develop the brief before you have a fixture list.
A lighting proposal should explain the creative approach and the practical requirements behind it. We review coverage, mounting positions, power, control, and access with your venue and production team. For larger designs, 3D views and lighting plots help everyone understand the layout before load-in.
Our scope can include design, equipment, installation, programming, and show operation. We establish who is handling each part, allow time for focus and rehearsals, and plan the transitions your event needs. You get a lighting team working toward the same result as the rest of your production.
