Effective Date: June 4, 2025
Limitless Lights & Sound LLC (“Limitless Lights & Sound,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services. It also explains your rights regarding your personal data and how you can exercise those rights. In addition, this document includes our SMS Terms & Conditions, which outline how we handle text message communications with you.
By using our website or services, or by opting in to receive SMS communications from us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use our website or services or sign up for SMS messages.
Scope: This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website, online forms, and communications (including SMS/text messages) operated by Limitless Lights & Sound. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites that may be linked on our website. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external sites you visit.
We collect several types of information from and about users of our website and services, including personal information that can be used to identify you and non-personal information that does not directly identify you.
a. Personal Information You Provide: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, for example when you fill out a form on our site (such as requesting a quote, booking our services, subscribing to a newsletter, or contacting us) or communicate with us by phone, email, or in person. This information may include:
Contact Information: such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and company/organization (if applicable).
Event Details: if you inquire about or book our services, we may collect information related to your event or project (e.g. event date, venue, type of event, technical requirements).
Transactional Information: records of services you have requested or contracts you have entered with us, and any payments or invoices (note: payment card information, if any, is processed by our payment provider and not stored on our servers).
Job Application Information: if you apply for a job or contract with us, we may collect information such as your resume/CV, employment history, education, references, and any other details you submit as part of the application process.
Other Information You Provide: any personal details you choose to share with us when contacting us (for example, feedback, survey responses, or information about your project needs).
b. Information Collected Automatically: When you visit our website or interact with our online services, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of our site through cookies and other tracking technologies (discussed further in the Cookies section below). This automatically collected data may include:
Device and Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device type (e.g. desktop or mobile), operating system, network information, and hardware model.
Usage Data: details about how you navigate and use our website, such as the pages or content you view, the dates/times of your visits, the referring URL (the page that led you to our site), and your interactions with site features.
Analytics Data: we use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect information about visitor traffic and behavior on our site. This may include data on how you reached our site, your actions on the site, and aggregated usage patterns.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: as you browse our site, we (or authorized third parties) may store cookies, pixels, or web beacons on your browser to collect technical and usage data. These technologies help us recognize your browser over time, remember your preferences, and understand how you engage with our content. (See Section 3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies below for more details.)
We may combine the information you provide us with information collected automatically to improve our services and for the other purposes described in this Policy. Information that is aggregated or de-identified (stripped of personal identifiers) is not considered personal information and may be used by us for any lawful purpose.
Cookies and similar tracking technologies are used on our website to enhance your experience, understand user activity, and improve our services. A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. Cookies enable the site’s or service provider’s systems to recognize your browser and remember certain information.
How We Use Cookies: We and our third-party service providers use cookies and similar technologies for a variety of purposes, including to:
Remember Your Preferences: Cookies allow our site to recall your settings and preferences (such as language, region, or items in a shopping cart if applicable) so that you don’t have to re-enter them on each visit.
Authentication: If our site offers login accounts, cookies help verify your account and keep you logged in as you navigate the site.
Enhance Functionality: We use cookies to provide advanced features and content, and to remember information you’ve entered on the site so that it’s available during your session.
Analytics and Performance: Cookies help us track user interactions and gather data on site traffic and usage patterns. For example, we may know which pages are most popular, how long users stay on a page, or how users found our site. This information helps us improve the website’s design, content, and performance. We may employ trusted third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics) that use their own cookies to collect information on our behalf.
Advertising and Marketing: We may use cookies from third-party advertising partners (like Google or social media platforms) to manage and measure the effectiveness of our advertisements, limit how many times you see an ad, or to serve you relevant ads on other websites (also known as re-targeting or interest-based advertising). These cookies remember that you visited our site and help us advertise our services to you on other platforms. (Any such usage will be in accordance with applicable law, and you can opt out as described below.)
Your Choices for Cookies: Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline some or all cookies, or to alert you when a cookie is being placed on your device. Please note that if you disable or reject cookies, some parts of our website might become inaccessible or not function properly (for example, certain preferences might not be saved).
For analytics cookies, you can also opt out of Google Analytics data collection by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For interest-based advertising cookies, you can visit industry opt-out sites like the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page or Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page to manage targeting cookies. Keep in mind that opting out of advertising cookies does not mean you will no longer see ads, only that they will not be tailored to your interests.
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide and Perform Services: We use your information to process inquiries and orders, deliver our lighting, sound, and event services, and fulfill any other requests you make. For example, we use contact details to communicate with you about quotes, contracts, event logistics, and to provide the products or services you requested.
To Communicate with You: We may send administrative or transactional communications, such as confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, or support messages. We will also respond to your inquiries, questions, and customer service requests. If you have opted in, we may send you SMS/text messages (e.g. appointment reminders, service updates) as described in our SMS Terms & Conditions section.
For Marketing and Promotions: If you join our mailing list or otherwise consent, we may send you newsletters, promotions, or information about our new services, special offers, or upcoming events that may interest you. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time (see Your Rights and Choices below). We do not send marketing text messages without your explicit consent (see SMS terms below).
To Improve Our Website and Services: We use the data about how users interact with our site and services to troubleshoot issues, analyze performance, conduct research and development, and improve the quality and functionality of our offerings. For example, usage data and feedback help us understand user needs, optimize the user experience, and develop new features or services.
For Analytics and Personalization: Information (including cookies and usage data) is used to personalize your experience (such as remembering your preferences and settings) and to measure and understand the effectiveness of our content and marketing. We may analyze trends and statistics to better understand the demographics of our audience and how users engage with our content.
To Ensure Security and Prevent Fraud: We may use your information as necessary to maintain the security of our website, systems, and personal data. This includes detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activities that could compromise your experience or our services.
To Comply with Legal Obligations: In certain cases, we may need to use or disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests. For example, we may retain transaction records to fulfill tax and accounting requirements, or disclose information in response to a court order or subpoena.
Other Purposes: We may use your information for any other purpose that we describe to you at the time of collection or to which you consent.
We will only use your personal information in a manner that is consistent with the context in which you provided it or as otherwise disclosed to you. If we intend to use your information for a purpose that is materially different from those listed above, we will obtain your consent or provide you with notice as required by law.
We understand the importance of keeping your personal information private. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We only share your information in the following circumstances and with appropriate safeguards in place:
With Service Providers and Partners: We may share your information with trusted third-party companies that perform services on our behalf and under our direction. This includes, for example, website hosting providers, IT or security providers, payment processors, analytics services, marketing email or text message platforms, delivery and logistics partners, or other vendors necessary for our operations. These service providers are given access only to the information necessary for them to perform their specific services, and we contractually require them to protect and use the information solely for the purposes we specify, in compliance with this Policy.
Within Our Corporate Family: If Limitless Lights & Sound LLC has affiliate companies, parent, or subsidiaries (for example, if we expand or reorganize our business), we may share your information within that corporate family on a need-to-know basis, consistent with this Policy.
For Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose personal information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation or request (such as a law, regulation, warrant, subpoena, or court order); enforce our site policies, contracts, and terms of use; protect our rights, property, and safety, or the rights, property, and safety of our customers, users, or others; or investigate and help prevent security threats, fraud, or other malicious activity.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of company assets, or any other business transaction involving a change of ownership or control of Limitless Lights & Sound (in whole or in part), your personal information may be transferred to the new owner or partner as part of that transaction. In such cases, we will ensure that your information remains protected by this Policy or inform you if there are any changes.
With Your Consent: We may share your personal information with third parties for purposes not covered by this Policy, but only if you have expressly consented to such sharing. For instance, if you request that we introduce you to a third-party service provider for additional services, we would share your contact information with your permission.
Aggregated or De-Identified Data: We may also share information that has been aggregated (combined with data from other users) or de-identified (stripped of personal identifiers) in such a way that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you. For example, we might share overall website traffic statistics or customer demographics with prospective partners or in marketing materials. This type of information does not personally identify individuals and may be used freely for business or research purposes.
Third-Party Links and Tools: Our website may include links to external websites, plug-ins, or third-party services (for example, social media platforms or video content hosted on other sites). Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. Please note that we do not control the privacy practices of those third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you interact with. This Privacy Policy applies only to Limitless Lights & Sound’s website and services.
Data Retention: We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. For example, if you provide personal information when requesting a quote but do not ultimately engage our services, we may retain your information for a period to follow up with you or keep a record of our communications. If you become a customer, we will retain your information for the duration of our business relationship and thereafter as needed for legitimate business purposes (such as maintaining records of transactions) or as required by law. We also retain personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we will either securely delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.
Data Security: We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement a variety of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include, for example:
Storing personal data on secure servers behind firewalls.
Using encryption technologies to protect sensitive information during transmission (for instance, our website is secured via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts information exchanged between your browser and our site).
Limiting access to personal information to employees, contractors, and service providers who need to know it to perform their duties, and who are subject to confidentiality obligations.
Maintaining policies and procedures to address potential security incidents, including data breach response plans.
Regularly updating and patching our systems and conducting security reviews of our website and data practices.
While we strive to protect your information, please be aware that no method of transmitting or storing data is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal information. You share information with us at your own risk. In the unlikely event of a data breach or security incident, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
You have certain rights and choices regarding your personal information and how we communicate with you. We are committed to providing you with appropriate control over your data. The following outlines your options:
Access and Update Your Information: If you would like to review, correct, or update personal information that you have previously provided to us, you may contact us at any time (see Contact Us section below). We will honor your request to access or correct your data where possible. For example, if you believe we have an inaccurate email address or phone number, let us know and we will update it.
Opt-Out of Marketing Communications: If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails from us (such as newsletters or promotional offers), you can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email, or by contacting us to request removal. Once we process your opt-out request, we will stop using your email address for promotional purposes. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you transactional or administrative emails (for example, about a quote request, booking confirmation, or service updates) as those are not promotional.
Opt-Out of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive SMS/text messages from us, you can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive (see SMS Terms & Conditions below for more details). Upon receipt of a STOP request, we will promptly remove your number from our text messaging list (except for messages confirming your opt-out or necessary administrative texts).
Cookies Preferences: As described in Section 3, you can control or delete cookies through your browser settings and other tools. You may also opt out of certain third-party tracking and advertising cookies. See the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section for instructions on how to adjust your preferences.
Do Not Provide Personal Data: You always have the choice not to provide certain personal information. However, please be aware that if you decline to provide information that is necessary for a specific service or feature, you may not be able to utilize that service or feature. For instance, if you do not provide contact information, we cannot respond to your inquiry or provide certain services to you.
Withdrawal of Consent: If we are processing your personal information based on your consent (for example, explicit consent to receive marketing texts or emails), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. To withdraw consent, simply contact us or use the opt-out mechanisms provided (such as the “unsubscribe” or “STOP” features mentioned above).
These rights and choices may vary based on your location. Residents of certain U.S. states (such as California or Texas) have additional privacy rights, as described in the next section. We will honor applicable rights requests in accordance with the law. If you exercise any of your rights, we will not treat you unfairly or deny you services as a result (see Non-Discrimination below).
Some states, including California and Texas, provide additional privacy rights to their residents. If you are a resident of one of these states, you may exercise the following rights regarding your personal information, subject to certain exceptions and limitations defined by law:
If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:
Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share (note: Limitless Lights & Sound does not sell personal information). This includes the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, as well as information about the categories of personal information, the sources of that information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information that we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to complete a transaction you requested, to detect security incidents, for legal compliance, or other reasons permitted by law. If you ask us to delete your information, we will also instruct our service providers to delete your information from their records, where required.
Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we hold about you. Upon verification of your request, we will correct the information as you direct, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of processing it.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: California law gives you the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information and the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As noted, we do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of targeted advertising without your consent. If in the future we ever considered selling or sharing personal data in a way that triggers this right, we would provide a clear method for you to opt out (such as a “Do Not Sell or Share My Info” link on our website).
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: The CCPA/CPRA allows California residents to limit how a business uses “sensitive personal information” (such as precise geolocation, social security numbers, etc.). We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for purposes beyond what is necessary to provide our services (and mostly do not collect such data at all in the context of our event services). If we ever collect sensitive personal information from you for additional purposes, we will provide you with the applicable rights to limit its use as required by law.
Right to No Retaliation/Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for exercising any of your California privacy rights. This means we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, or provide you a different level of quality of service just because you exercised your rights under California law. (See also Section 9. Non-Discrimination below.)
How to Exercise California Rights: If you are a California resident and wish to exercise any of the above rights, you (or an authorized agent acting on your behalf) may submit a request to us using the contact information in the Contact Us section below. Please specify which right you intend to exercise. We will respond to verifiable requests as required by California law, typically within 45 days. For your protection, we will need to verify your identity (for example, by confirming information we have on file like your contact details) before processing certain requests. If you have an authorized agent make a request on your behalf, we may require proof of the agent’s authorization and your identity.
Beginning July 1, 2024, Texas law (the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, “TDPSA”) grants Texas residents specific rights over their personal data. If you are a Texas resident, you may have the following rights with respect to personal information we have about you:
Right to Confirm and Access: You can request confirmation whether we are processing your personal data. If we are, you can request access to that data and have it provided to you in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format (allowing you to transmit the information to another entity if desired).
Right to Correct: You can request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature of the data and purposes of processing. We will correct any verified inaccuracies as requested.
Right to Delete: You can request that we delete personal data that you have provided to us. After you make a verified deletion request, we will remove the information from our records (unless an exception applies, such as if the data is necessary to complete a transaction, for security, legal compliance, etc.).
Right to Opt Out of Certain Processing: Texas residents have the right to opt out of: (1) the sale of their personal data (meaning the exchange of personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration); (2) the processing of personal data for purposes of targeted advertising (meaning using your information to show you ads based on your online behavior across different businesses’ websites); and (3) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (Note: Limitless Lights & Sound does not engage in profiling that produces such effects). As of the effective date of this Policy, we do not sell personal data or use personal data for targeted advertising in a manner that would trigger these opt-out rights. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide a mechanism for you to exercise opt-outs (such as a “Do Not Sell or Target My Data” link). Regardless, you may contact us at any time to inquire about or exercise opt-out rights.
How to Exercise Texas Rights: To exercise your Texas privacy rights, you may contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below with your request. Please indicate that you are a Texas resident and specify which right you seek to exercise (access, correction, deletion, or opt-out). We will respond within 45 days of receiving a valid request, or notify you if we require more time. As with California requests, we will need to verify your identity (and authority, if through an authorized agent) before fulfilling the request to ensure we are protecting your data from unauthorized access. If we decline to take action on a request, we will inform you of our justification and, as required by law, provide instructions on how you may appeal our decision.
Other State Privacy Laws: If you are a resident of another U.S. state that grants privacy rights (such as Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, etc.), you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain data processing. We will honor any valid privacy rights requests in accordance with applicable state laws. You can contact us to inquire about your rights under your state’s law, and we will guide you through the process.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. In accordance with applicable laws like the CCPA, if you choose to exercise your rights (for example, requesting deletion or opting out of data sales), we will not deny you our services, charge you a different price, provide a different quality of service, or suggest any penalty or disadvantage. Limitless Lights & Sound values all customers equally, regardless of their privacy choices. Any offers, discounts, or loyalty benefits we provide are unrelated to the exercise of privacy rights. We will continue to deliver our services at the same level of quality and price as we would if you had not made a privacy request. Your trust is important to us, and we do not retaliate or take any negative actions when you exercise your rights.
“Do Not Track” (DNT) is a privacy preference that users can set in some web browsers to signal that they do not wish to be tracked across websites. At this time, our website does not respond to standard DNT signals. This is because there is currently no consistent industry standard for how to handle such signals. We will continue to monitor developments around DNT browser technology and may re-evaluate our approach if a uniform standard is adopted in the future.
However, this does not mean we ignore your privacy choices. As described in our Cookies and Tracking section, you can manage tracking technologies through other means (like adjusting cookie settings or using browser extensions to block trackers). Additionally, if we ever engage in practices considered a “sale” of personal data or cross-site targeted advertising, we will provide you with appropriate opt-out mechanisms (such as the global privacy control or other opt-out preference signals, as required by certain state laws).
In summary, while we currently do not react to Do-Not-Track headers, you have other options to control personalized ads and tracking, and we honor those preferences as described in this Policy.
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years old. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable laws, if we become aware that we have received personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records.
We also do not intentionally market or provide services to minors without proper consent. If you are under 18, you should use our website and services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. For certain services (such as receiving SMS updates or booking an event contract), we may require that you are at least 18 years of age or have the authorization of a parent/guardian.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a child under your care has provided personal information to Limitless Lights & Sound without your consent, please contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. We will investigate and promptly remove any data collected from minors that we are not legally allowed to retain.
We may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. If we make material changes to how we handle your personal information or to the rights and obligations in this Policy, we will notify you by prominently posting a notice of the changes on our website (for example, at the top of the Privacy Policy page or on our homepage) and/or by other means if required by law. The “Effective Date” at the top of this Policy will be updated to indicate when the latest changes took effect.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes, except where further explicit consent is required by law.
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy, or if you wish to exercise any of your privacy rights, please contact us using the information below. We will be happy to assist you.

Limitless Lights & Sound may offer you the option to receive updates, reminders, and other information via SMS/text messages. The following terms apply to our SMS communications program:
Introduction and Consent to SMS: By providing your mobile phone number and opting-in to our SMS service (for example, by checking a box on a form or by texting a designated keyword to join), you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Limitless Lights & Sound at the number you provided. These messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase – in other words, your decision to opt in (or not) to SMS updates will not affect any purchase or service you receive from us. If you do not agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions, please do not opt-in to or use our text messaging service.
Information and Privacy in SMS: When you opt in to receive SMS messages, we will collect your mobile number and any other information you provide as part of the opt-in process. We will use this information solely for the purpose of sending you text communications that you have requested or agreed to receive. Information obtained in connection with our SMS program will not be shared with third parties except as needed to send you messages (for example, through our text messaging platform provider) or as required by law. We value your privacy and will treat your mobile number with the same care as other personal information per this Privacy Policy.
Types of SMS Communications: If you consent to receive text messages, you can expect to receive SMS communications relevant to your interactions with us. Typical types of messages include:
Customers and Event Organizers: Appointment confirmations, schedule reminders, updates about your event booking or rental order (e.g. delivery or pickup notifications), and other service-related notices to ensure your event runs smoothly. For instance, we might text you: “Reminder: Our team will arrive at your venue at 3:00 PM tomorrow for setup. Reply YES to confirm you’re ready for us.”
Service Updates: Important announcements such as changes to an event schedule, weather-related alerts, or follow-ups after a service is provided (e.g. a thank you message or feedback request). For example: “Thank you for choosing Limitless Lights & Sound! We hope you enjoyed the event. Please let us know if we can assist you in the future.”
Job Applicants and Contractors: If you apply for a job or gig with us, we may send updates on your application status, interview scheduling, onboarding instructions, or other employment-related communications via text. For example: “Hi [Name], thank you for interviewing with Limitless Lights & Sound. We will update you on our decision by next week. Reply STOP to opt out of these updates.”
These examples illustrate the kind of content you may receive. We will not send you marketing or promotional text messages unless you separately consent to such messages. Our SMS communications will be limited to the purposes for which you provided your number (e.g. service coordination or application follow-up).
Standard Messaging Disclosures:
Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive will vary based on your interactions with us and the nature of your engagement. For example, during the period leading up to an event, you might receive multiple coordination messages, whereas in other times you might receive no messages. We aim to keep our texts relevant and not excessive. Generally, you can expect perhaps a few messages per event or request. (If you have separately subscribed to any marketing/promotional SMS program, the frequency of those messages will be disclosed at the time of opt-in.)
Costs: Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages we send, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Limitless Lights & Sound does not charge you for the SMS service, but you are responsible for any fees imposed by your carrier (for text messaging or data usage). Check with your mobile provider if you are unsure about the costs on your plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of our SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving texts, simply reply STOP to any message we send you. You can also text the word STOP to the number from which you received our messages (if you have our dedicated short code or long code number). After you send the STOP message, we will send you a confirmation text to let you know you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you re-subscribe by following an opt-in process again.
How to Get Help: If you need assistance with the SMS program or have questions, you can reply HELP to any of our messages, or text HELP to the number you subscribed from. This will trigger a response with information on how to manage your subscriptions and additional contact info. You can also contact us for help by emailing us at limitlesslightsandsound@gmail.com or calling (512) 201-6569. We are here to help if you have any issues with the messaging service.
No Third-Party Sharing: We will never share or sell your phone number or any personally identifiable information obtained through the SMS program with third-party marketers. Your mobile number is used only by us (and our service provider that sends out the texts on our behalf) to communicate with you as described.
Carrier Disclaimers: Please note that your mobile carrier’s network services are beyond our control. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for issues with your messages that result from factors outside our control, such as network downtime or coverage issues with your provider.
User Responsibilities: By opting into our SMS program, you acknowledge that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are responsible for messages sent to and from that number. If your phone number changes or is deactivated, please inform us or opt out to prevent messages from going to someone who may acquire your old number. We are not liable for information sent to a number that you have provided and that has later been reassigned if you do not notify us of the change.
Eligibility: Our SMS service is intended for users age 18 or older. If you are under 18, please obtain permission from a parent or guardian before opting into our text messages. By subscribing to our SMS messages, you confirm that you meet any age and consent requirements applicable.
Changes to SMS Terms: We may modify or terminate our SMS program or these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify subscribers (for example, by text message or via our website). Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any revised terms, please unsubscribe by texting STOP.
By opting into our SMS communications, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions. We hope that our text updates enhance your experience with Limitless Lights & Sound by providing timely and convenient information. If you have any questions about this program, you can contact us as outlined in the Contact Us section above.
Thank you for reading our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions. We value your trust and are dedicated to protecting your privacy.

G. DeLoreanI have had limitless lights and sound install different kinds of technology in my yoga studio business. They are professional, competitively priced, and very good at problem solving issues when they come up. I highly recommend them for any of your lighting or sound needs.
Lola ScarboroughOver the 10yrs I’ve known Dash, he has been inspiration to create a mufti leveled experience where many people from different backgrounds can come together and play in a light and sound experience. I find that Limitless Lights and Sound is an ever expanding format that will continue to inspire me. I find that Dash’s unique understanding of music and his extreme passion to bring people a great show and sound experience, seems to never stop. I enjoy going to Limitless Lights and Sound shows to see how this powerful concept and experience is more built out than the last show.
