A Visionary Gala at Space Center Houston - On November 2, 2024, the EarthLight Foundation hosted its annual Space Cowboy Ball at Space Center Houston. Known for its commitment to promoting space exploration and sustainability, the Foundation sought to elevate this year’s gala to reflect its visionary mission. Partnering with Sempre Events, we at Limitless Lights and Sound were honored to deliver full audiovisual services that merged cutting-edge technology with the venue's iconic backdrop.

Advanced LED Screen Configuration for Immersive Visuals

The event featured an innovative LED screen setup designed to captivate the audience:

Two 1:1 ratio 10′ x 10′ LED screens were placed on each side of the stage.
A Stage-Left DJ booth screen showcased dynamic visuals during performances.

The LED screens, crafted from 76 Lightking RW3.9 video panels, created a unique display, perfectly complementing the gala’s space theme.

Our skilled VJ curated custom visual content, combining the Foundation’s branding with artistic designs, bringing the event’s narrative to life.

Crystal Clear Line Array Audio

Clear and seamless audio was of absolute importance to this event, from awards, to speeches, to music from a variety of artists.

Our dBTechnologies Vio L210 Line Array systems delivered crisp, clear sound to the entire rotunda at SCH.
Shure ULXD wireless systems made sure everybody was sounding their best speeches and performances.
Our Midas M32R Digital Mixer allowed precise control over audio levels and effects throughout the night.

Lighting Design That Compliments the Atmosphere

The lighting design was carefully crafted to accentuate Space Center Houston’s stunning artifacts while immersing attendees in the wonder of space exploration.

Stage Lighting: Using (16) Prolights ECL ProfileES fixtures, we provided precise, dynamic lighting to ensure speakers and performers were the center of attention.
Backdrop Design: The (12) Robe Robin CycFX8 fixtures created striking pixel chases and tilting effects, enhancing the mood without overpowering the space-themed backdrop and allowing the attendees to see through.
Excitement in Motion: With (8) Robe Pointe moving heads, we introduced movement and energy during key moments, such as performances and award ceremonies.
