Interactive Event Technology: Mashable House at SXSW

Interactive Event Technology: Mashable House

at SXSW 2018

Back in 2017, Art Seen Alliance pulled in our Top Interactive Tech, Daniel Schaeffer, to fulfill the interactive lighting aspects of a full scenic build out for Mashable House.

At that time, we built six 4x8 Infinity Mirror Wall Sections that each housed 40 rigid led pixel bars, with their own internal power supply and power reinforcement wiring, each with industry standard ip rated connections for fast and sure installation on site.

The next year we were brought back and supplied an additional 50 diffused led bars, and a diffused pentagon tunnel. printing techniques were used to design custom bar-ends for the LED Bars for fast installation and a seamless look when placed end to end.

Our staff’s involvement in interactive projects like these are what keep us at the forefront of an ever-evolving landscape of interactive event technology. Beyond run-of-the-mill event production lies an opportunity to engage with attendees like never before. Living, breathing art merged with technology that responds to it’s participants - that’s the future.
